MDGLCC’s Women's Empowerment Council is a valuable resource for LGBTQIA women in business and for businesses that are committed to gender equality. The council's work is helping to create a) safe social and professional networking spaces, b) a more level playing field for women in the workplace, and, c) make a positive impact on the lives of professional LGBTQIA women.
