Francesco Duberli is a clinical psychologist, community strategist, and President & CEO of Survivors' Pathway, a Florida nonprofit dedicated to advancing justice, health, healing, and dignity for people impacted by violence, trauma, and vulnerability.
With backgrounds in Public Health and Clinical Mental Health, he has developed culturally responsive, trauma-informed programs serving immigrant Latino communities, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, violent crime, and LGBTQI+ individuals.
Under his leadership, Survivors' Pathway delivers integrated victim advocacy, legal services, mental health care, healthcare, HIV prevention and treatment, and social support. Through partnerships with public agencies, courts, healthcare providers, and community organizations, he advances healing, empowerment, stability, and lasting transformation.
