The Mission of the YPN is to create networking opportunities and foster collaboration amongst young LGBTQ professionals between the ages of 21-39. The group seeks to create a platform for young LGBTQ professionals to:

Engage their fellow members in the young LGBTQ professional community
Help create new financial, career, or social opportunities for its members
Learn new ways to leverage the LGBTQ business community and it’s $1.7 trillion buying power
Sharpen their networking skills in a judgement free, like minded environment
Nurture professional development and growth
Create connections, pathways to success, and make introductions for its members
Bridge gap between generations of LGBTQ professionals via cross-promotion of other MDGLCC programs
