Welcome Reception for The World Out Games Site Selection Team

We are honored to have The Site Selection Team visit Miami Beach & Miami from January 18 to January 21, 2013 and inspect the major venues that have been selected for more than 10 sporting events, a human rights conference and cultural programs. We invite you to join us as a citizen of the United States and a local community leader at a welcome reception for the visiting GLISA representatives.

Miami Beach-Miami was the only North American city and one of only two international bids chosen for consideration. GLISA International will now be sending a Site Selection Team to visit each city before they report back to the GLISA board whose membership will then vote on the final city selection on February 28, 2013 in Antwerp, Belgium.

The Reception is on January 19th, 2013, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the LGBT Visitors Center. Hosted bar provided by the Miami Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Appetizers provided by Centerplate
