Same-Sex Estate Planning Forum

Trinity Cathedral invites the community to attend a special presentation and question and answer session on Sunday, November 16th on estate planning with a focus on same sex couples. The presenter will be our senior warden and chancellor, Mr. Toby Muir who is also an attorney practicing in the fields of estate planning and estate and trust administration, and he teaches at the law schools at Florida International University and the University of Miami.  Toby will address the ramifications of last year's landmark Supreme Court decision as well as powers of attorney, directives regarding health care, among other issues. This presentation and Q&A session will follow the 10:00 A.M. service in Cathedral Hall. This event is free, and open to the interested public.
