After her triumphant European tour and last year’s sold-out Havana Nocturne at Sanctuary of the Arts, Aymée Nuviola returns for ONE NIGHT ONLY celebrating the roots, passion, and rhythm of Cuban music.Known globally as “La Sonera del Mundo” - a title that honors her mastery of Cuban son and salsa, as well as her multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy wins and nominations - Aymée takes the stage for a vibrant musical journey filled with son, bolero, and timeless classics reimagined in her signature style. Joining her is special guest Lourdes Nuviola, whose voice adds depth and warmth to this heartfelt celebration of Cuban tradition. Originating in eastern Cuba in the late 19th century, son cubano forms the foundation of much of Cuba’s music. Blending Spanish guitar traditions with African rhythms and percussion, it creates infectious melodies and irresistible dance grooves.
